Introduction
At Shree Gajanand Motors (SGM Works), we prioritize customer satisfaction in providing Automotive Services. Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of the conditions under which refunds are processed.
General Refund Conditions
Eligibility: Refunds are applicable on products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. Customized or specially ordered items may have different refund criteria, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Process for Requesting a Refund
Notification: To initiate a refund, the customer must contact us at connect@sgmworks.co.in with the order number, details of the product, and the reason for the request.
Documentation: Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue or defect in the product.
Return of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Assessment
Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to confirm the defect or error.
Approval or Rejection: We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the inspection. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom Products: Customized items are generally non-refundable unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.
Order Cancellation: For custom orders, cancellation and subsequent refund may be possible if production has not commenced. Once production begins, cancellation may incur costs which will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Shipping Damage: If a product is damaged during shipping, please report it immediately for assistance with a claim against the carrier.
Refund Processing Time
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exceptions and Limitations
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
