Cashless Insurance Claim Process


At Shree Gajanand Motors (SGM Works), we're dedicated to facilitating a seamless insurance claim process for your damaged car. Follow these steps for a hassle-free claim process with IFFCO Tokio -


  1. Required Documents: Please bring the following documents to SGM Works:

    1. Original Registration Card of the Car (RC)

    2. Original Driving License of the Driver (DL)

    3. Original Aadhaar & PAN of Policy Holder

    4. Copy of the Insurance Policy with IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company

    5. Copy of the Police FIR (In case of Third-Party property damage/Death/Body Injury)

  2. Bring Your Damaged Car to Us: Drive or tow your vehicle to SGM Works. For towing services, contact us at +91 95864 66478/+91 63546 47486, and we will provide assistance.

  3. Fill Out the Claim Form: Our team will help you complete the insurance claim form, a crucial step to initiate your claim with IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company.

  4. Assessment and Approval: We will assess the damage and liaise with IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company for claim approval. The final decision on the claim is made by IFFCO Tokio.

  5. Repair and Restoration: Upon receiving claim approval, our expert technicians will repair your vehicle to its original glory. Trust SGM Works to handle your vehicle with the highest care.

Important Notices


  • Authority of IFFCO Tokio: IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company holds the full right to approve or reject any claim. SGM Works has no influence over this decision. For any disputes, policyholders are advised to directly contact IFFCO Tokio.

  • SGM Works' Rights: SGM Works reserves the right to refuse repair work if it is considered unfeasible or unprofitable. This decision is at the discretion of SGM Works.

  • Document Verification: IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company may request the original documents at any stage for verification. SGM Works may ask to keep the Original RC until the job is completed.

  • Owner’s Responsibility: The responsibility for any repair work under the accidental insurance claim lies with the car owner. SGM Works ensures quality repairs but the ultimate responsibility rests with the vehicle owner.

  • Parking Charges: Delays in the repair job due to insurance approval processes or the availability of spare parts may result in parking charges, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.

  • Estimate Charges: SGM Works may request an estimate charge due to the significant effort involved in preparing the estimate. This will be communicated upfront.

  • Balance Payment: The difference between the final repair cost and the amount released by IFFCO Tokio must be settled by the policyholder before the vehicle delivery. This ensures all financial obligations are clear and settled efficiently.
